To ensure security and provide the best experience to the majority of our customers, we only support browsers and email clients that are actively maintained and receiving security updates. We do not support software that has reached end of life.
Browsers
Microsoft Edge: Supported in line with Microsoft’s lifecycle policy for Edge and Windows.
Google Chrome: Supported on all platforms for two years from version release.
Apple Safari: Supported on macOS and iOS for two years from version release.
Mozilla Firefox: Supported on desktop platforms for two years from version release.
Other Browsers: We do not proactively test on less common browsers (e.g. Firefox on Android/iOS, Opera, Amazon Silk). We will review and respond to bug reports where possible, but support is not guaranteed.
Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer reached end of life on June 15, 2022, and is no longer supported.
Email Client
Microsoft Outlook (Desktop): Supported in line with Microsoft’s lifecycle policy for Microsoft 365 Apps and Outlook for Windows/Mac.
Outlook on the Web: Fully supported when accessed via supported browsers.
Apple Mail (macOS and iOS): Supported in line with Apple’s latest operating system versions.
Gmail (Web and Mobile): Fully supported when accessed via supported browsers and the official Gmail mobile apps.
Other Clients: We do not proactively test on less common or legacy clients (e.g. Thunderbird, older Android native mail apps). We will review and respond to bug reports where possible.
